Key Stage 1 Castles Day

Happening Histories came into school and helped us to learn what it would have been like to live in a castle in the Medieval times. We had lots of fun making butter in churns, grinding wheat to make flour and trying on medieval clothes and armour. Have a look at some of our pictures!

Remembrance Assembly

On Friday 9th November we had an assembly to help us mark remembrance day and the end of World War I 100 years ago. The assembly was hosted by our Head Boy and Head Girl and led by Violet Class. The children from School Council read a poem and each class made a poppy wreath which was brought to the front of the hall and displayed.

Another busy Forest Schools session for KS1!

Orange Class and Yellow Class having fun in Forest Schools!
